Hi! I'm Bianca, and welcome to my page. My love for baking has span across fantasizing over all the dessert baking shows on Food Network and baking at home with my mom while growing up. I love baking pretty much anything, but find the most joy in making individual creations like cupcakes and cake bars.

​What started out as a hobby has skyrocketed into a little home bakery business, and for that I am eternally grateful. Delivering baked goods and gaining relationships from customers is the best part of what I do. The people I have met along the way and faces I can call new friends fills me with nothing but love and joy. :)

​Where did my business name come from? I was called “Biancaakaa” (Bianca-ka) a ton growing up, so when I made a hobby-baking page, I simply added “Bakes” to the end - welcome to the stage Biancaakaa Bakes!

What I enjoy most is spreading love through sweet treats with an espresso in hand. Feel free to call me Bee, because I am buzzing around everywhere I go!
